TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABBYCAR
AGE & LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Min-Max Age of Drivers: 21 to 75 years.
Young driver Fee: 21 to 24 years, charge €10.00 EUR per day incl. VAT payable on arrival at the rental desk. A full license held for minimum of 1 year with no major endorsements. If your driving license is not in the Roman alphabet (i.e. if it is in Arabic, Russian or Chinese) you need to bring an International Driving Permit and your domestic license.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER:
Additional drivers can be added to your rental for a charge of €4.00 per day incl. VAT payable on arrival at the rental desk. All additional drivers must be physically at rental counter with their own driver license at time of rental.
OPENING HOURS:
MONDAY - SUNDAY: 08:00 AM - 21:00 PM
For Pick Ups/Drop Offs outside opening hours a fee of €25.00 per each service incl. VAT will be applied.
The OOH fee is NOT including in your quoted price and must be paid on arrival.
ONE WAY FEE (ON REQUEST BASIS):
the Drop Off location is other than the Pick Up an additional Fee will apply.
INSURANCE COVERAGE included in Rates:
Third Party Liability Protection (TP). Limitation € 1,000,000.00
Theft waiver (TW) with Excess amount.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with Excess amount.
Security Deposit:
Security Deposit is required to be taken from the main driver Credit Card (Master or Visa only). If you have purchase Excess Reimbursement Insurance from a third party, the credit card holder will be required to present his/her credit card at the rental desk in order for the local station to authorize the security deposit.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT/OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Booster Seat:
€4.00 per day incl. VAT payable on arrival at the rental desk.
Child Toddler Seat:
€4.00 per day incl. VAT payable on arrival at the rental desk.
Infant Child Seat:
per day incl. VAT payable on arrival at the rental desk.
GPS
Navigational System: €8.00 per day incl. VAT payable on arrival at the rental desk.
Special equipment/optional extras may be requested at the time of booking
FUEL POLICY: FULL to FULL
To avoid incurring fuel charges you will need to return it with the same amount of fuel as it had when you collected it. Missing fuel will be charged on your return. A refueling charge may also be applicable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated in the top section of rate details.
MILEAGE POLICY:
Unlimited Km
CROSS BORDER TRAVEL:
Cross-border travel is not allowed.
CREDIT CARD ACCEPTED:
MasterCard (not debit), Visa (not debit) Credit Card(s) must be in the name of the main driver.
NOT ACCEPTED:
No other payment types will be accepted. Make sure the credit card is in the name of the lead driver and you have a large enough limit to cover the security deposit. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the local station may refuse to release the vehicle or additional mandatory insurance must be taken locally at the rental desk.
FORM OF ID:
valid photo ID or Passport or national ID is required.
CAR TYPES:
The vehicle displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our stations. We cannot guarantee the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.
VOUCHER:
printed version of your voucher must be produced upon arrival at the rental desk.
Failure to present the voucher means the local station may charge you at the local rates.
Please note: We are not responsible for overcharges on rentals where the voucher was not presented to the rental desk on collection of the vehicle. If you do not present the required documents, the documentation is not valid or you do not have enough funds on your credit card, the local station may refuse to release the vehicle.
